Director of Operations

Bio: Justin serves as the Director of Operations of the VHG brand, East Hampton Sandwich Company. He began his career in the restaurant world by cleaning the pit of a local barbecue joint in Kansas City, believing he would smell like hickory for the rest of his life. Now, 16 years into the industry, Justin has created, opened, and built multiple restaurants. Justin believes that influence and empowerment are his keys to operational excellence. Justin spends his free time enjoying the outdoors by going to lakes, hiking, camping, or just finding the newest local spot with a fantastic patio with his daughter and dog.
